The Second Network is responsible for the information collected through this form.
Privacy contact: [CONTACT EMAIL TO BE ADDED]
This contact detail will be completed before signups open.
What we collect
We collect your name, company, email address and any session feedback you choose to share. We also record when you signed up, your agreement to receive updates and the version of this policy shown at signup. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your feedback.
How we use it
We use your details to confirm your signup and send updates about future sessions, content and opportunities to connect. We rely on your consent for these updates. We review your optional feedback to improve future sessions, relying on our legitimate interest in understanding attendees’ experience.
Providing your information is voluntary. We need your name, company, email address and consent to register you for updates; feedback is optional. We do not sell your information or use it for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Where your information goes
Our authorised team can access submissions. We use Google Sheets to store them, Resend to send confirmation and notification emails, and Vercel to host the website and process the form. These providers may process information outside the UK. Before enabling the form, we will confirm the applicable transfer arrangements and safeguards; you can request details using our privacy contact.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact details while you remain subscribed, reviewing them periodically. We keep feedback only for as long as it helps us improve our sessions. If you unsubscribe, we stop sending updates and may retain a minimal record of your preference so we do not contact you again.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to an email from us or contacting the privacy address above. Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing. You can also ask for access to, correction or deletion of your information, and request restriction or portability where applicable. You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
If you have a concern, please contact us. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies and technical information
This page does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not use tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to operate and protect the website.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if our use of your information changes and revise the date above.
